At all times the copyright on all artworks shown on this website belongs to the artist / respective artists represented on this Site.
The Site owners have the right, or have obtained the rights, to reproduce all the artworks displayed on the site in print or framed print format.
All images remain the property of the artist / respective artists represented on this Site and no form of reproduction for private use, commercial sales or non-commercial distribution is permitted without prior permission of the artist/s and/or Site owner.
Your use of the Site carries with it no rights in relation to copyright, trade marks or other intellectual property rights in the Site. All website design, text, graphics and arrangement thereof, and all software compilations, underlying source code, and all other material on the Site are Copyright of the artist / respective artists represented on this Site.

Shipping Policy
Orders are shipped twice weekly so allow up to 4 business days for dispatch. Please also note that your order will not be dispatched until payment has been received.
If we need to get in contact with you to verify information to dispatch your order, and we’re unable to, this may delay shipment of your order. We will always try to email, you to resolve these issues before shipping.
Price for shipping is calculated at Checkout. All times and dates given for delivery are given in good faith. Once shipped the distribution and handling of your parcel is out of our hands. If for some reason there is a delay We will let you know as soon as we become aware.
Orders cannot be shipped to P.O Boxes
Every care is taken to get your piece of art to you safe and sound.
Australian shipping
Australia post is the shipping of choice but sometimes it may be cheaper to ship via courier. Prices will be calculated at checkout.
International shipping
Currently we are shipping to Canada, France, Germany, New Zealand, United Kingdom (UK) and United States(US)
We hope to open up to more countries in the future.
We ship internationally with a variety of couriers. Cost for shipping will be calculated at checkout. International deliveries may be subject to additional taxes and duties over which we have no control. If such cases apply, you are responsible for complying with the laws applicable to the country where you live and will be responsible for any such additional costs or taxes. Please check with your country’s customs offices and consider the additional costs that might be involved. Fionascreativecanvas.com is not responsible for any costs associated with international imports.
Customer responsibilities
The customer is responsible for ensuring that the order is placed with the correct items and accurate shipping information, such as the name and address. Additionally, the customer must either collect the parcel on time, reschedule the delivery, pick it up from the post office if a delivery attempt has been made, or report any issues with the items.
The customer is also required to pay for the product, shipping fees, and any additional charges. These additional charges may include processing fees, currency conversion fees, transaction fees, customs fees, import duties, and local taxes that are not included in the checkout total.
Returns
If you receive damaged goods just let me know within 7 days of receiving your package
Just repackage the work in the original packaging and I will send you a label to return it.
I will cover up to $50 AU of the the return shipping fee.
Handmade goods
All the art on this website has been personally made by Fiona Taylor. As these are hand made products there may be imperfections or occasional lumps especially in the acrylic pouring pieces. Care has been taken to reduce this but it does still happen.
The color representation of the art on this site may vary due to lighting. Please keep this in mind when making your order.
