Original Artworks All original artworks are carefully packaged and shipped from Western Australia, Australia. Each piece is wrapped securely and sent via tracked, insured courier to ensure it arrives safely.

Please allow 2–3 business days for dispatch while your artwork is carefully prepared and packaged for its journey.

• Domestic (Australia): 5–10 business days after dispatch. Shipping times may vary for remote/regional Australian destinations.
• International: 10–21 business days after dispatch, depending on destination

Print on Demand Art prints and merchandise are produced and fulfilled by our print-on-demand partner and shipped directly to you from the nearest production facility. Delivery times vary by location but are typically 5–10 business days.

Import Duties & Taxes International customers are responsible for any import duties, taxes, or customs fees charged by their country upon delivery. These charges are outside our control and vary by country. We recommend checking with your local customs authority before ordering if you're unsure.

Tracking All orders include tracking information sent to your email once dispatched.

Damaged Items If your artwork arrives damaged, please photograph the packaging and artwork immediately and contact us within 7 days. All originals are insured in transit.
